AIG created a “6 Levels” of Research to select an average of 15% of the best properties on the auction for each day. The system has its own security level on only a few staff have access to the Level 4 to 6. The system has a three (3) day count-down to the auction day.
Each of the six (6) Levels has its own Guideline that the property must meet before pass to the next level.
Properties at Level 5 are introduce to resisted investor only because they meet their portfolio Guidelines.
Properties at level 6 AIG will simply bid on them with specific guidelines. The company would ether portfolio or assign it to a resistor investor upon request.
